Angeregt durch die Auswirkungen der Covid-19 Pandemie wurde 2020 + 2021 + 2022 eine zusätzliche Ebene des LindeNOW-Festivals geschaffen: In Kooperation mit dem Äther Lindenow Radio, der Projektgruppe Grethen und der Leipziger DIY Streaming Plattform Hitness Club gab es ein TV-Sonderprogramm zum Thema LindeNOW in times of crisis.
Ziel dieses Formats war es, das Angebot vor Ort um ein vielfältiges digitales Programm zu erweitern. Neben einer weiteren Präsentationsfläche für die Ausstellenden, bot das TV-Programm auch die Möglichkeit eines ortsunabhängigen Festivalbesuchs. Darüber hinaus entstand mit LindeNOW in times of crisis ein partizipatives Diskussionsforum, in dem sich unterschiedliche Akteur*innen über die aktuelle Pandemiesituation und seine Auswirkungen auf die Kunst(szene) austauschten.
Das Programm setzte sich aus vorproduzierten Beiträgen der am LindeNOW teilnehmenden Kunsträume und Gesprächsrunden im Studio zusammen, zudem war das Filmteam auch direkt vor Ort unterwegs und sendete Begegnungen mit Kunst und Festivalbesucher*innen live von den Straßen Lindenaus.

Inspired by the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, an additional level of the festival was created in 2020 + 2021 + 2022: In cooperation with the Äther Lindenow Radio, the project group Grethen and the Leipzig DIY streaming platform Hitness Club, there was a special TV program on the topic LindeNOW in times of crisis. The aim of this format was to expand the offer on site with a diverse digital program.
In addition to providing another presentation space for the exhibitors, the TV program also offered the possibility of a location-independent festival visit. In addition, LindeNOW in times of crisis was a participatory discussion forum in which different actors exchanged views on the current pandemic situation and its effects on the art (scene). The program consisted of pre-produced contributions from the art spaces participating in LindeNOW and discussion rounds in the studio. In addition, the film team was also directly on location and broadcast encounters with art and festival visitors live from the streets of Lindenau.
